Cash at our office in Ha Giang costs you nothing extra, which is why we usually recommend it.

You can also pay by card, or online through OnePay. The bank adds a handling fee on those, and how much depends on the card you use, so it is not a figure we can quote in advance. Message us on WhatsApp before you pay and we will find out what your card will cost.

A deposit of USD 50 confirms your booking on every tour. The balance is collected in cash when we pick you up in Ha Giang city. The deposit is non-refundable if you do not show up on the departure date.

Yes. Leave your big luggage at our home base in Ha Giang free of charge — we provide private lockers — and take a small backpack of 40L or less on the bike.

We run new 150cc semi-automatic bikes as standard because they handle the passes far better. Tell us when you book if you would prefer something else and we will confirm availability.

Ha Giang swings from close to 0°C in winter to 40°C in summer, so pack for your month. A small backpack of 40L or less, a warm layer, phone charger and power bank, and travel insurance. We provide helmets, knee and elbow guards and raincoats.
